After three years of traveling through Africa, we’ve learned a lot about the continent. About the countries, their people, and ourselves. But also a lot about how the rest of the world treats Africa.

When we’re asked, “What’s it like in Africa?” we often don’t know where to begin. Many people often know surprisingly little about this continent beyond clichés. So, here we try to summarize our impressions and experiences of Africa.
